People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Paisley.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, consistent hours, and the chance to secure a long-term role within a busy warehouse and logistics environment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Parcel Sorter, Picker Packer, or Distribution Operative.

Rates of Pay:

£12.71 per hourWeekly pay every FridayOvertime may be available depending on site requirementsShift Pattern:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work:

Loading and unloading parcels and freightSorting parcels accurately for dispatchMoving goods safely around the warehousePreparing items for delivery routesManual handling, including lifting, bending, and moving stockWorking quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentKeeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safeFollowing all site health and safety proceduresSupporting the wider warehouse team where requiredEssential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

Previous warehouse, parcel sorting, loading, unloading, or distribution experience is desirableBe comfortable conducting manual handling operationsAble to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentReliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing workGood attention to detailAble to follow instructions and site processesOwn transport due to the 05:00 start timeAvailable to work Tuesday to Saturday on an ongoing basisTraining:
