THE ROLE
We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift and night shift teams on a full-time, temporary basis. These roles come with an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. A great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing business.
You will be responsible for picking and packing pharmaceutical orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to our network of community pharmacies across Scotland and the wider UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical orders for dispatch to community pharmacies across Scotland and the UKMaintain quality control and safety standards in line with pharmaceutical handling guidelinesLoad and unload delivery vehicles and assist with stock managementKeep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised at all timesCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock levels and dispatch schedulesOperate as a relief driver when required, delivering pharmaceutical goods to pharmacies in a professional and timely mannerCarry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness when drivingWork collaboratively with the wider operations team to ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operationsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking and packing ordersGood organisational skills and the ability to work methodically under pressureReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standardsAbility to perform manual handling and physical tasks throughout the shiftGood communication skills and a team-first attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentDESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (training will be provided for the right candidate)Full UK driving licence with a clean record — required if undertaking relief driver dutiesPrevious delivery driving experienceFamiliarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocolsExperience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated distribution environmentsWORKING HOURS
Night shift, 5 days per week (Sunday – Thursday)
Core hours: 19:00–04:00, with flexibility depending on operational requirements
