Position: Trainee Senior Care Assistant


Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour


Shifts: Flexi Days and Nights - 22 hours available per week

Role Overview


As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:



Developing your skills and progressing to a senior role


Assisting with daily activities of living and personal care


Creating a warm, supportive environment for residents






Main Duties



Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalised care


Administering medication in line with prescribed requirements.


Lead, supervise, support, and develop the care team


Communicate effectively with external professionals, residents, and relatives


Implement personalised care plans tailored to each resident's needs


Provide specialised care and support for residents living with dementia.

Ideal Candidate



Previous experience in social care


NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (mandatory)


Compassionate, reliable, and patient


Willingness to learn and progress within the role including undertaking a level 3 qualification.
