What You’ll Do as a Trainee Care Coordinator
Assist with scheduling and care planning
Maintain accurate records and care documentation
Support communication between clients, families and carers
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
Learn coordination, compliance and quality assurance processes
Continue providing direct care to clients when required
What skills and experience do you have?
Previous care experience
Caring and compassionate approach
Well organised and reliable
Good communication skills
Confident using computers and mobile apps
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Keen to develop a career in care management
