Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiencesManage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and administrative tasksSupervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing teamEnsure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention proceduresMaintain effective communication with team members and customers through excellent phone etiquette and organizational skillsOversee visual merchandising to create attractive displays that enhance product visibility and salesAnalyze sales data and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth and operational efficiencyExperience
