Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and dexterity, contributing to the successful completion of projects on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities

Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well under pressure.A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.Valid driver's licence is a plus but not essential.This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment while contributing positively to our projects.
