Senior Pricing / Revenue Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Pricing / Revenue Manager to join a high-performing commercial function focused on driving sustainable growth and maximising profitability. This role sits within a central revenue management team responsible for optimising key commercial levers such as pricing, payment structures, and cancellation policies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse internal performance trends across key metrics (e.g. Margin per Transaction, Conversion Rate, Trading Margin), identifying drivers and actionable insights.Assess competitor propositions and broader market dynamics to enhance pricing strategy and commercial positioning.Identify and quantify opportunities to unlock revenue growth while improving margin performance.Design and run robust experiments to optimise pricing, packaging, and revenue levers.Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to influence wider trading and merchandising strategies.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop scalable, best-in-class pricing and packaging systems.Present performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience developing and executing revenue management or pricing strategies in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Strong numerical and analytical capability, with solid commercial and financial acumen.Experience in data modelling and translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.Collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.Desirable Experience

Exposure to travel, e-commerce, or similarly complex, inventory-based industries.Familiarity with analytical tools such as:Data visualisation platforms (e.g. Looker)SQL (e.g. BigQuery environments)Programming (e.g. Python, GitHub)Knowledge of statistics and experimental design methodologies.Additional Information

Salary: GBP 60000 - 80000 per year

Experience: 5 years required
