Position: Relief Front of House Staff

Location: North Lakes (must be commutable)

Start Date: Week commencing 17th June

Duration: Ongoing work throughout the summer

Able to take direction from senior management

Effective collaboration with both kitchen and front of house staff
Responsibilities:


Support day-to-day front of house operations
Adhere to all Health & Safety and high food safety standards
Comfortable with rotating stock
Prepare the station for service
Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager with basic training as needed
