Purchasing & Stock ControllerLocation: Chesterfield Area

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The OpportunityWe're recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator & Stock Controller to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing and stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the smooth running of operations.

The RoleKey responsibilities include:

Raising and managing purchase orders using Sage 200.Monitoring supplier performance, deliveries and outstanding orders.Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate stock records.Coordinating supplier queries, returns and warranty claims.Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure material availability.Producing reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance and stock.Supporting cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Occasional travel to other UK sites as required.About YouEssential:

Previous experience in purchasing and stock control within a manufacturing environment.Experience using Sage 200 or a similar ERP system.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent organisation and communication skills.Full UK driving licence.Desirable:
