Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk based in York, with the flexibility to perform certain tasks from home. The primary responsibilities include conducting property inspections, preparing detailed reports (e.g., inventories, check-in and check-out reports), performing interim assessments, and maintaining compliance with safety standards through tasks like fire risk and alarm testing. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, including agents, landlords, and tenants, as well as supporting new business development initiatives when required.

Qualifications Strong skills in Property Inspections and Inspection processes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in reporting. Familiarity with technology, such as online scheduling tools and digital reporting platforms.
