Order Picker/Packer

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Order Picker / Packer to join our expanding warehouse team at ​Hard To Find Whisky in ​Birmingham City Centre.

We’re a specialist business with a passion for whisky, spirits and vinyl records, and our warehouse team plays a crucial role in making sure every order reaches our customers safely, accurately and looking its best.

​What you'll be doingAs an Order Picker / Packer, you’ll be responsible for making sure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from warehouse shelf to dispatch.

​​Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently​.Carefully packing bottles, vinyl records and other products ready for dispatch​.Checking orders to ensure everything is correct before they leave the warehouse​.Keeping the warehouse clean​ and organised.Working as part of a small, friendly team to keep our daily operations running smoothly​.Helping wherever needed as the business continues to grow​.​You’ll be a great fit if you are:

Reliable and punctual​.Organised and able to work methodically​.Comfortable working on your feet and handling stock throughout the day​.Someone who takes pride in getting things right​.Able to work independently but enjoys being part of a team​.Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes and stock safely​.An interest in whisky, spirits or vinyl records would be a real bonus – but it’s absolutely not essential.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm with a requirement to work 4 ​Saturdays between November-December

Full-time commitment required.
