We invite you to apply for our Order Picker position in Markham Vale (S43), Chesterfield, working an Evening Shift.

You may be asked to work in a variety of different departments so you must be flexible.

All new candidates must be inducted before starting. We host weekly inductions, apply now to book on! If successful, an immediate start could be available!

Working hours are 5pm - 10.30pm, Sunday to Thursday. Starting pay rate is £12.83 per hour, paid weekly. 15 minute paid break also available.

Qualifications

No prior experience required, but warehouse experience is a plusAbility to perform heavy lifting and physical tasksFamiliarity with picking and packing processesBasic mechanical knowledge and quality control awarenessSkills in stocking and materials handling are advantageousUnderstanding of shipping and receiving operations is beneficialDuties include:

Picking and packing orders from automated Witron systemKitting, Repack and Returns (attention to detail is important)Goods in (Despatch)Using basic computer softwareHeavy lifting in some areasKeeping work area clean and tidyOwn transport would be preferred due to limited public transport links. Easily accessible from the Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop & Mansfield areas by car.
