Operations Assistant (Logistics)

We are looking for proactive and detail oriented assistant to support our logistics operations team on 6 months fixed-term contract in North London, Hendon
About the role
You will be assisting the Head of Operations with daily supply chain administration, courier coordination, inventory tracking and targeted project work to maintain efficiency and drive operational productivity.
Main Responsibilities & duties:
Support stock delivery, inventory capacity and order fulfilmentEnsure products and packaging comply with domestic and international market regulationsLiaise with couriers to ensure smooth delivery, authorise invoices and resolve queriesCoordinate with sales channels to support order delivery timelinesProvide administrative support to operations teamSupport operational issue resolution and assist with project workCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on promotional rules and policy complianceMaintain accurate inventory records across software systems and offline channelsSkills / Attributes required:
Essential
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and data entry accuracyAbility to multitask and work at paceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and G SuiteDesirable
Experience of using Warehouse Management System (WMS) softwarePractical experience in software driven inventory coordinationPrevious operations or administrative experienceAbout us:

This is an entry-level position paying National Minimum Wage based on statutory age brackets. Applicants are required to have the legal right to work in the UK.
