Role Responsibilities Junior Buyer Responsible for your own product ranges/subcategory Support, plan & prepare for product/range sign off Introduce new products, whilst identifying gaps in the market Build strong relationships with key internal & external suppliers Buyer Take advanced ownership of the whole category and collaborate closely with the Senior Buyer, as well as coaching and mentoring Junior Buyer /Assistant Buyer/Buying Assistants. Take accountability for planning/sourcing from UK & Far East suppliers (dependent on category) Work closely with Merchandisers, reviewing customer market, competitor prices & performance Demonstrate excellence in negotiation, sharing good commercial & market awareness We offer a range of great benefits including discounts in our stores, access to a colleague portal with discounts across numerous retailers, hospitality & more! Salary: GBP 28800 - 42000 per year
