Location: This role is 100% based at our new HQ in Aylesford, Kent

This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey!
We’re looking for a Head of People to join our team to lead our HR function, as well as create a positive and inclusive work environment where the team feels supported and empowered to perform at their best.
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals
· Oversee the recruitment process ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent
· Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations and maintain up to date HR policies and procedures
· Promote diversity initiatives to create an inclusive workplace
· Monitor HR KPI’s and provide regular reports
· Design and execute employee engagement surveys to enhance team satisfaction and productivity
· Manage the team perks
· Lead on HR major incidents
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
· CIPD level 7
· In depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices and compliance
· Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop and manage in a dynamic environment
· Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
· Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to a fast paced, dynamic, growth focussed environment
