At Radnor Hills, we’ve been crafting award-winning soft drinks for over 35 years using pure spring water sourced just metres from our site. From bottled and canned drinks to TetraPak products, we proudly supply schools, shops, and supermarkets across the UK.

As our team continues to grow we are looking for Forklift Drivers to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The Role

As a Forklift Driver at Radnor Hills you will play an integral part within the operations team, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are moved around site efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of either the Production FLT team or our Despatch FLT team your role may include:

Carry out daily Forklift Truck start-up checks and report any issues promptlyWork closely with Goods In, Despatch, and Production teams to keep operations running smoothlyEnsure products are stored in the correct warehouse locationsKeep the production lines fully stocked with the materials needed for efficient productionComplete palletiser changeovers and assist with fault finding and resetsHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentRemove waste materials and place them in the appropriate recycling areasLoad and unload HGVs in line with scheduleEnsure finished products are correctly identified and storedWork closely with Quality & Technical teams to maintain product integrityChampion a clean-as-you-go culture and maintain excellent hygiene standardsSupport the wider Process Team and step in where neededWhat We’re Looking For

Good English and Maths skillsFLT licencePrior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse settingA team player with good communication skillsWillingness to undertake additional trainingBased in Knighton, 12-hour shifts, 6am – 6pm, working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern

Rate of Pay: Starting from £14.10 per hour
