We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm seeking a qualified Financial Advisor to join their team, servicing clients across the Solihull area. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice without the pressure of generating your own leads.

The Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

Manage and develop an existing client bank, delivering ongoing financial advice and support Provide tailored financial planning solutions based on individual client objectives Conduct client meetings and manage your own diary efficiently Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service Research financial products and recommend suitable solutions from a range of providers Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA regulations Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless client experience Financial Advisor Requirements:

Previous experience as a Financial Advisor is essential Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum Strong client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional advice Experience managing an existing client bank Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised with the ability to manage your own workload effectively Strong understanding of financial products, regulation, and compliance What's on Offer?
