Tradewind Recruitment are supporting an expanding independent AP network in Blackpool, Lancashire, to recruit a Deputy Headteacher. This is a full-time, permanent post with a competitive salary up to £38,000 and clear progression towards Headship.

You will lead curriculum design for small classes, drive behaviour and safeguarding, mentor staff, and help establish new sites across the region as the network grows.
