Mon-Thu: 08:30-18:00
Fri: 08:00-17:30


Manpower has an exciting opportunity for Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our client in Falkirk with an immediate start. This is a temporary ongoing role offering long?term stability, consistent day?shift hours, and the chance to develop within a well?established manufacturing operation.

About the Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Operator, you will support daily production and material?handling activities across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient and well organised working environment. Working closely with Plant Supervisors, you will help control site operations, machinery and materials to maintain smooth output and high production standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a Counterbalance forklift safely across the plantMoving raw materials, pallets and finished goods around the siteLoading and unloading vehiclesSupplying production lines with materialsSupporting manufacturing processes including batching, mixing, loading and general plant dutiesMonitoring machinery performance and reporting faults or irregularitiesCompleting basic quality checks and recording production dataMaintaining high housekeeping standards across work areasFollowing all site safety procedures, PPE requirements and compliance rulesWorking as part of a small team to meet daily production targetsWhat We're Looking ForValid Counterbalance B1 forklift licence (must be in date)B1 licence must cover operation up to 5 tonne capacityExperience working in a small or medium?scale manufacturing or production environmentStrong awareness of health and safetyReliable, team?focused attitude with good communication skillsAbility to work in a physical, hands?on role
