Schedule: Part Time, permanent


·1 day per week ( Sunday)


· 8hr shift.


What are we looking for in you?


You should have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable handling money.


You should be able to prioritise your workload, work towards deadlines and handle a variety of different tasks while ensuring customer service is at a high standard. You will be the last point of call for our customers, so a great last impression is important!


Key Responsibilities include:



Cash Handling
Ensuring customer invoices are accurate.
Dealing with customer queries in person, by telephone and email.
Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets.
Picking/Packing/Checking/Invoicing orders.
Using Stax systems (training provided)
Light reception duties
