Fort William, Fife, EDC (East Dunbartonshire), WDC (West Dunbartonshire) - Female, Driver required (Long Days or Split Shifts)

Helensburgh - Female, Driver required (Earlies, Lates, or Nights)

Payrate- £14-16 p/hAbout the Role

Join our community care team to support individuals in living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's daily routine and care plan.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, mobility support, and medication administration.

Support with practical household tasks, meal preparation, and shopping.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Maintain accurate care records and report changes in needs.

Requirements

Gender Requirement: Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) applies for female candidates due to personal care duties.

Driving: Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualities: Empathetic, reliable, strong communication skills, and commitment to dignity in care.

Qualifications: SVQ Level 2/3 in Social Services & Healthcare (or willingness to work towards it).
