Job Overview We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated nurse leader to join our Band 7 team in the Emergency Department. This will be a permanent position covering 24/7 Emergency Nursing Care and management responsibilities. The post holder will be required to be available for days, nights and core business hours.

Responsibilities Deliver clinical leadership, support, teaching and decision-making for the patients journey from arrival to discharge in the Emergency Department. Lead the team and be responsible for ensuring that patient centred care is delivered to the patients and promote staff wellbeing those working in the unit. Support and advice to patients and their families/carers. Facilitate safe, effective and timely discharges of patients. Demonstrate a high level of emergency nursing assessment and clinical skills by supporting the nursing team in providing quality care to their patients.
